Services
Departure99 provides a flight and hotel search and booking platform. We connect travellers directly to airline and hotel inventory through Duffel's API. When you complete a booking through our Site, Departure99 acts as the merchant of record.
Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking reference (PNR) by email. This reference is required for check-in and managing your booking.
- Departure99 is not responsible for airline or hotel operational decisions including schedule changes, cancellations, or disruptions outside our control.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by airline and fare type. Please review the fare conditions shown during the booking process before confirming. To request a cancellation or change, contact us at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details (name, date of birth, passport) are entered accurately.
- You must ensure all travellers hold valid travel documents for their destination.
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of Departure99 and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Departure99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any booking made through it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
